Seasonal Mood Disorder 365 Discusses SAD
There have been many studies through the centuries about sadness and being lethargic. Seasonal Mood Disorder 365 talks about Seasonal Affective Disorder (also know as SAD).This disorder can affect over millions of Americans and sometimes called the winder blues. This comes with shortening of days in the winter months which is often accompanied by tiredness and loss of motivation. SAD can also have bouts of weight gain and sometimes difficulty getting out of bed.
Other symptoms include depression, an increase need for sleep and a noticeable lack in energy. This is also counteracted in the spring in summer months when individuals see a sudden increase in their energy and creativity.
